Cool Cafe was named a "Best New Restaurant" in 2005 by the San Antonio Express News "Weekender," and offers up a diverse assortment of reasonably-priced Mediterranean dishes, fusing cuisines of Italy, Greece, the Middle East, Asia, and even Californian influences. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and open late with its bar and hookah offerings seven days a week. Cool Cafe has a laidback style, with tan walls framing the space, and outdoor dinning giving guests plenty of seating choices. On the menu, a mix of crepes, kebabs, soups, pastas, and sandwiches round out the menu. The drink list includes beer, wine, sake, martinis, and smoothies. The restaurant does offer take out and delivery services, as well as off-site catering.
